Delivery Information
We are a made to order company. Estimated time of dispatch is mentioned for all products description on the product page. Incase of more that one product order, the timeline of Dispatch for the product with "longest Dispatch deadline" will apply, as we ship everything together. Incase the Order is for more than Rs 1,00,000 in Value, then we will have to review the order and comeback to you with an appropriate timeline. Please note that all mentioned Timelines are the Dispatch timelines from our factory and the transportation of your product will happen via third party vendors like Bluedart, DTDC, SafeEx or equivalent logistics company. Spin will not be responsible for any delay caused by the Logistics company.
Delivery Timelines

Ready Items Delivered within 7–15 days.

Customized Items : Delivered within 4–6 weeks.
Deliveries are usually made between Monday and Saturday. Once your shipment is ready, you’ll receive an SMS notification, and in most cases, a call from our courier or logistics partner to confirm the delivery date and time.
Please note: As we work with third-party delivery partners, we cannot guarantee advance calls or specific delivery timing, though they usually try to coordinate with you.
Delivery Access & Responsibility

Our delivery team will bring your items to the building entrance or as close as physically possible.

For upper floors, please arrange your own manpower to carry large products upstairs, as delivery personnel are not equipped to do so.

For safety, many large items are packed in wooden crates. While this may feel bulky, it's essential for protecting your furniture during transit and multiple handling points.
Please arrange to open crates yourself or with help from a local carpenter, and inspect items upon delivery. Any damage or defect should be:

Mentioned on the delivery receipt (POD)

Reported to the delivery person immediately

Shared with our Customer Care team right away
Kindly note: Delivery personnel are not authorized or trained to unbox or assemble furniture.
Fit & Access Responsibility
Please review product dimensions on the website carefully to ensure that your furniture will fit through doorways, staircases, or elevators.
If a delivery is refused because it doesn’t fit, it will be considered the customer's responsibility, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Also, please provide accurate contact details and inform us in advance if you’re unavailable during the expected delivery period. If the address is found to be insecure (e.g., PO Box or shared address), we may cancel the delivery and will notify you accordingly.
Occasional Delays
While we aim to deliver within the promised time, unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Holding Cost / Delayed Delivery Charges
If your order is ready for dispatch but you're unable to receive it:

We offer a 2-week grace period to hold your item at no cost.

After 2 weeks, a Holding Cost of 5% per month (on total order value) will be charged.

An 18% GST is applicable on the Holding Cost.

Charges will be pro-rated if the hold period is less than a month.

This applies to full or partial orders held back on your request.

These charges must be cleared before dispatch from our warehouse.
