Defective Items & Refunds
If you receive a defective item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Please let us know within 15 days of the product arriving at our warehouse, and we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund. Once your refund is approved, you can expect the amount to be credited to your account within 15 days.
For items picked up from your home, refunds will be processed once we receive the product back at our warehouse. Depending on your location, this process may take up to 30 days.
Custom Orders
Since most of our furniture is made just for you, based on your unique preferences, custom orders start production right after you place them. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
We truly appreciate your understanding that we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, as every piece is specially crafted just for you.
